At WordVault, we are fully committed to protecting your family's privacy. Our app is designed from the ground up to provide a safe, secure learning environment for children preparing for their 11+ examinations.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

Anonymized usage analytics: We use privacy-compliant analytics tools, such as Mixpanel, to monitor app performance, screen loading times, and feature engagement. This data is aggregated and does not contain personal identifying information about your child.

In-app purchase tokenization: Transactions for the Vault Master upgrade are securely processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. WordVault never sees, stores, or transmits your credit card or billing details.

Local data storage: Your child's progress, exam date, daily targets, and word history are stored locally on your device using a secure database.

Data Deletion and Rights

Because WordVault does not use cloud-based personal user accounts, your data remains yours. If you delete the app from your device, local study history and app data are removed from that device.

Children's Privacy

WordVault does not knowingly collect, request, or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13. There are no social features, chat rooms, or public leaderboards.

What We Do Not Do

WordVault does not sell personal data, show third-party ads, or provide public social features for children.

Support Requests

If you email us for support, we will receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, or a description of the issue. We use this only to respond and improve WordVault.

Changes

We may update this policy as WordVault changes. If we make material changes, we will update this page and its date.
